2015-16 Season Recap
The Generals enjoyed one of the best starts to a season in club history highlighted by a dramatic comeback win over the defending CSHL champs. However, the young club would finish the season with back-to-back heartbreaking losses.
Champions: 2018-19 Season
The 2018-19 campaign was a banner season for W-L Hockey. The Generals finished with a 12-2-1 record, won the program's first CSHL title, and defeated their arch-rival, Yorktown. For their achievements, W-L finished the season as the Washington Post's top-ranked team in the state of Virginia, and #5 in the entire DMV region (D.C., Maryland, and Virignia). In the season finale, the Generals battle their arch-rival. W-L fell behind by 3 goals before they rallied late to create a dramatic finish.
W-L vs Yorktown 3.10.2017
In front of a standing room only crowd at Kettler Capitals Iceplex, W-L defeats arch-rival Yorktown in an epic game, 2-1.
W-L vs West Potomac (11.20.15)
The Generals battled back from a two-goal deficit to shock the defending CSHL champion West Potomac Wolverines, 5-3. Carson Chircop was stellar in net, while Ned Huffman's hat trick along with goals by Max Lusting and Ben Stanley provided the scoring for W-L.
